Premise & Release – Alien Earth Cast

Alien: Earth is a sci-fi horror prequel to the 1979 Alien film, set in the year 2120, two years before the events aboard the Nostromo.
The story kicks off when the spaceship USCSS Maginot crashes on Earth, releasing creatures—classic Xenomorphs alongside new horrifying life forms—into a world governed by ruthless mega-corporations.

The series premiered on August 12, 2025, on FX and FX on Hulu (also available internationally via Disney+) with a two-episode debut. The rest of the eight-episode season airs weekly thereafter.
